Ipamorelin 10mg

Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide derived from GHRP-1 and has a very strong ability to release growth hormone (GH). The efficacy and potency of GH release is comparable to GHRP-6 in vitro and in vivo. However, unlike other growth hormone secretagogues, ipamorelin, very surprisingly, does not induce a significant increase in adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) or cortisol levels. This selectivity is crucial. Many other substances that stimulate the secretion of growth hormone also increase the release of ACTH and cortisol, which can lead to unwanted side effects. Ipamorelin also significantly increases bone mineral content, IGF-1 and insulin production, and muscle growth.
