- The link goes to the laboratory, not to usFrom the certificates page the report opens on the laboratory’s own domain. It cannot be an edited copy of ours.
- Dispatch from the Czech RepublicWe process orders within 1-2 business days and hand them to DPD. Delivery in the Czech Republic 1-3 business days, the rest of the EU 2-7.
- Withdrawal within 14 daysA statutory consumer right in the European Union. The conditions and the procedure are set out in the returns policy.
